2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Access to Batana Cloud is granted to school administrators, teachers, students, and parents/guardians under authorized institutional accounts. Users must:

• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and passwords.
• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
• Notify school administrators or Batana Cloud support immediately upon discovering unauthorized account access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate applicable privacy regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of the Platform.
• Upload harmful code, malware, or spam.

4. Service Availability & Termination

We strive for continuous uptime and reliability. However, Batana Cloud may occasionally undergo scheduled maintenance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise security.
